Cozy studio apartment in South Park Slope/Greenwood Heights. We were the first tenants to live in this unit after the building was constructed in 2013! Management is great and very responsive to help with any needs or problems you may have. This is an elevator building with a paved shared outdoor space in the back. There is a shared mixed use room on the main floor with a ping pong table as well. In the basement there is a locked storage unit for your apartment and a locked bike storage room on the main floor as well. The apartment itself has brand new appliances, an in unit washer dryer, and a private balcony with views of prospect park/greenwood cemetery. 4 blocks to the train, great bars and restaurants all around. Close to Manhattan and the heart of Park Slope! Apartment is pet friendly with lots of closet space. Huge kitchen makes cooking at home a breeze as well. We love it here and wouldn't be leaving if we weren't moving for a new job in Philadelphia.

Incentives

There is a through the wall A/C unit installed that we purchased when we moved in. It retails for about $500 but we could part ways with it for a reduced price. We could leave some other small fixtures we installed as well (ex. Curtain rods, door screen so you can leave the balcony door open for fresh air, etc.).
