Bed-Stuy garden apartment occupies the entire first floor of an 1892 brick row house. The best part of my apartment is the backyard, which the eat-in kitchen faces. Another fun thing is the funky floorpan which gives you a lot of flexibility with how to use the rooms. It can be a two-bedroom with an office/art-studio space, or a mega-spacious one bedroom, or even a railroad three bedroom apartment. Please see Floor-plan!
