Private bed/bath suite in a brand new luxury apartment building. Spacious bedroom has two closets and a full bathroom with all brand new fixtures.

The entire unit is a duplex with two male and one female roommate (as well as a mini dachshund) on the first floor, and a third male roommate occupies the basement level "studio." All roommate are in their 20's and very laid back, friendly and get along really well and are respectful of one another.

The building has tons of amenities: laundry, a gym, a beautiful rooftop, an elevator, parking and bike storage, and lounge areas. It is a block from a 24-hour grocery store and in central Bushwick, close to tons of popular restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and entertainment. It is only a few minutes walk from either the L train or the M train, and less than 30 minutes to Manhattan, only about 10 minutes to Williamsburg.

The remainder of the lease is 8 months, at which point you will be able to renew.

The room is unfurnished, though I can leave my full size bed frame free of charge if desired (it has visible wear, mostly cat damage). The rest of the apartment is furnished (kitchen needs, some furnishings in living room, movie projector).

There is already a dog living here so another dog is not ideal, and one roommate is severely allergic to cats, so cats would have to be closed into the room at all times.
