Moving out in December and looking for someone to sublet for the remainder of my lease through mid-late May (possibly with an option to take over the lease at the end of May). Exact start date is flexible, but must be after December 1st. End date is flexible as well.

I've lived in this apartment for more than 8 years and it is one of the best apartments in Stuyvesant Town. It's a large converted 2BR on the top floor with an unobstructed view of the downtown skyline. The building is located in the southwest corner of the complex (at 16th and 1st), just 2 short blocks from the L train that connects with every major subway line in the city. The apartment will come unfurnished.
