The Building and Neighborhood
The building has a washer and dryer in the basement and has access to a simple roof with great views of the Manhattan skyline. The neighborhood is very quiet and family-oriented, yet is close to great bars/restaurants/nightlife (about a 12 minute walk to Artichoke Pizza and House of Yes, for example). There is a good grocery store with organic and vegetarian/vegan food options two blocks away. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk to the L train (at Dekalb) and about a 7 minute walk to the M train (at Seneca). The B38 bus also stops on Seneca and Dekalb and brings you right through Clinton Hill and Fort Greene/Downtown Brooklyn in ~25-40 minutes, respectively.

Other info
The Roomies
Both of my current roommates are fantastic and I will be sad to leave them! They are both in their mid/late 20s - one works in high fashion and the other in social work. They get along very well and will enjoy the occasional drink/dinner together, however they have their own busy lives outside of the apartment and enjoy their space when home as well.
YOU!
You are preferably female, in your mid/late 20s, and have full/day-time employment (and do not work from home). Must be LGBTQ+ friendly. You must be clean and respectful of a shared space and others' belongings. Friends/significant others are welcome to come over here and there, but no longterm stays and no bringing the party home.
