Subletting my personal room out of 3 beds in Bed Stuy/Bushwick for $800 per month + utilities (around $50) till September 2018 with an option to renew.

The room has central AC + heat, which is always plus. There aren't any windows beside a skyline (please see pictures).
The apartment is very well kept, as my roommates have lived there for 4+ years. There are 1.5 baths, which is pretty awesome. There is a laundry in the building and is less than a 5-minute walk to J - Halsey Street.
