We have an opening in our lovely Gowanus spot for a chill, friendly new roommate. The apartment's on two levels with two bedrooms on each floor, 1.5 baths, plus central air and a washer/dryer right in the unit. Your room will be upstairs, off the living room, and is bright, clean and cozy. The real selling point is our roof deck (shared with one cool neighbor) that has views up to Park Slope, a grill, lounge furniture and a couple of dead basil plants :(

Easy walk to the Carroll Street F,G or Union Street R trains. Lots of Citi Bikes around as well.

About us: two guys (one early 30s, one late 20s) and a girl (mid-20s) who all work, travel and socialize a lot but are always down to hang when we're home. We've been living together for a while, so we're looking for someone that will bring good energy and fit right in.

This is an awesome neighborhood: tons of fun bars (Pig Beach, Royal Palms, Lavender Lake are all right here), ice cream (love you Ample Hills), and restaurants. Plus we're a quick walk to the Whole Foods at 3rd and 3rd and everything on Smith Street.
