Hi I am looking to SUBLET my room (MONTH BY MONTH) or someone TO TAKE OVER THE LEASE lease before January, who ever takes the lease before January I am GIVING MY SECURITY deposit, SO YOU HAVE TO GIVE ONLY THE FIRST MONTH.

Unfurnished private bedroom in 3 bedroom apartment for sublet. Apartment is shared with two female roommates and a cute feline. Apartment has 1 full bath and 1 half bath. Looking to fill the space on January 1 (or December 15th if possible) until the end of June. Potential for taking over the lease in September of 2019 if situations permit.
We just move to this new apartment so we barely have furniture so if you have any feel free to bring it.

YOUR ROOM COMES WITH: two big windows, fire escape, a brand new closet with shelves and AC and HEAT on your room.

$1250 + utilities. I am asking first month and security deposit. (IF SUBLET OR MONTH BY MONTH)
