Hi, we are subletting our two-bedroom apartment on the Bushwick/Ridgewood border from Dec 15, 2018 or Jan 1, 2018 to Mar 1, 2019 (flexible) while we're away. The $1,900 pcm rent includes all utilities and bills (including fios).

This is a super cute apartment that is big, BRIGHT, light and airy! Situated on top of a small hill, windows all around in a fairly peaceful area while close to the DeKalb L and Seneca M trains with a 15-20 min ride into Manhattan and walking distance to basically all dining/nightlife in Bushwick and Ridgewood. There's an Associated supermarket around the corner and Food Bazaar a 10-minute walk.

It has 2 bedrooms, a separate dining room, a joint kitchen/sitting area and a bathroom with tub, and the apartment has its own boiler, so you control the heating.
