My roommate and I currently rent a proper 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment at 1 River Place in Midtown West. It's a fantastic place to live. Here's the tag line.

Our apartment is on the 6th floor and we are paying a significantly-below-market rent for a full 2 bedroom in an ultra luxury building. Unfortunately, I have to depart for business school in November and we are looking to either find a roommate for my bedroom for 4 months or take over our apartment on a lease assignment at our existing rate for 4.5 months with the option for renewal. The options are laid out below:

1. Roommate for four months starting December 1, 2016. Rent: $1,895 / month

2. Lease assignment for remaining lease term (Nov 15, 2016 to March 30, 2017) with option for lease renewal. Rent: $3,790 / month
