We live in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse with a private rooftop terrace. Your room will be the one with the ensuite bathroom which overlooks the terrace and you can also see the entire skyline from your bed - it's a pretty spectacular and unique view! Rent is $1775 per month, plus utilities, which run about $30 per person for wifi, and ranges from $30-$80 per person for electricity per month.

You'll be living with my current roommate, who works as an engineer at a tech company. She's awesome, and of course, you two will have to meet beforehand and make sure it's the right fit. We're looking for someone professional, respectful of common space, and enjoys socializing once in a while.

All common space furniture including kitchen table and chairs, sofa, armchair, and all outdoor furniture are staying in the apartment. Only the coffee table, some art and indoor plants, and furniture from my room are being moved out. This is also the only apartment in the building that's a 2/2!

The common rooftop is a lot of fun in the warmer months and we've hosted many BBQs and parties. You can easily fit up to 100 people! We also started a private Facebook Group for residents of the building and it's a really nice community vibe.

The building features bike storage, a laundry room, common lounge, amazingly huge rooftop with two giant gas grills, extra storage room, live-in super, garage with parking, and more!

The building is called The Mill (16-26 Madison Street), a new luxury building in Ridgewood, just 1 block from the Myrtle/Wyckoff L and M trains. There's also a giant supermarket on the corner, Food Bazaar, and a lot of wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, and bars nearby.
