This place is a great find for the area. Two blocks from Bedford subway stop (one stop to Manhattan), four blocks from McCarren Park, and four blocks from the water.
The room gets nice morning light, is in a quiet building, has bluetooth speakers throughout, a private balcony, a great rooftop, gym in building, 24 hour doorman, three closets, and low rent for the area.
Luckily the lease ends three days before the L-Train shut down on April 27th, 2019, so it should only be an impact near the last few days of the lease.
Additionally, I can leave most of the furniture shown in the pictures if you are looking to keep the place furnished.
