I am looking for a new roommate(sorry, female only) to move into my spot in 2BR 1Ba apartment. The apartment is an elegant and luxurious in a fantastic location.

About the apartment:
- Prime location: really great location!!! Only 2 blocks from 72nd Street 123 and BC train stops. 2 blocks from Trader Joe's and Central Park. In Lincoln Square neighborhood of the Upper West Side. Tons of cozy cafes, gourmet restaurants and trendy boutiques.
- Luxury 24/7 concierge building. The unit is on 11th floor on the 12 floor building (you rarely hear people on the street).
- Laundry in building.
- Fitness center, elevator, and landscaped roof deck available.
- Kitchen and bathroom are shared. Dishwasher in unit.
- Hardwood floors
- Room has a closet and above closet storage.
- Heater and A/C both with own controls.

Rent is $1,808 per month plus security deposit. We split utility and WiFi. Lease term is until 14th August 2019 and renew option is available after that.

My roommate is working professional in her 30s. We prefer professional female , clean and financially responsible, no smoking, no binge drinking and no drugs. Sorry no pets.

I really love this location and building as well as my awesome roommate, though leaving for private reason.
