The apartment has a backyard.

I'm moving out and looking for someone to fill my basement bedroom and take over my part of the lease. The lease goes through August 2017.

You'll also have a separate front entrance, private half bath and then a kitchen/bathroom with a shower upstairs that you share with the other three roommates. The room has a window and I'm selling the armoire (for $100) which acts as the door now, but you could install a door too. There are also two bedrooms available upstairs if you would prefer one of those ($1,000 each) or know 1-2 others who are looking for an apartment.

Close to lots of great bars and restaurants and about a 7-minute walk from the Jefferson L Train, Central M Train or Myrtle J Train.

My roommate is great and she has a small dog named Ava who loves all good people. Must love dogs- it also would be great if you have a dog and they get along.
