325 kent is an amazing building, located by the Williamsburg Bridge. 24hr doorman, 24hr gym, 2 floors with amenities such as bbq, pool table, table tennis, conference room, rooftop with best views of the city etc. Free shuttle service to and from JMZ and L train stops every morning and evening. I was the first person to rent the room in February, 2018. Dishwasher, washer/ dryer inside apartment, huge wardrobe, amazing kitchen, and an insane private terrace (same size as apartment). Incentives

There is a $150 application fee per applicant. You can choose to:a) Sublet from me, without paying any month up front, but you would have to pay me 1 month deposit b) reassign the apartment to you, and you would have to pay 1 month security and 1 month deposit up front, to the landlordIn regards to furnishing:I'm happy to either leave it furnished - for an additional cost or leave it unfurnished - at the $3,600 monthly cost.

Additional fee

If subletting, you simply have to be approved by the building, without passing any other screening process. If reassigning the apartment, you would have to be approved and pass their screening process (credit check etc.) Electricity is about $100 per month. WIFI can be included for about $50 per month.
