About the apt:

- We are four guys that are all very friendly and enjoy each others company around the apt. I'm taking a new job opportunity otherwise I would absolutely be staying here. I don't think there is a better deal in the city. Our friends have passed this apt down for 5 years now.
- Work normal professional hours and would prefer the same for you.
- Aside from the above bedroom, we have a HUGE living room with awesome setup that we all share on the cable bill
- Full kitchen and appliances (dishwasher)
- Laundry in the unit (super convenient)
- Location is less than 5min walk to Grand Central which can get you anywhere in the city under 30min. Also close to FDR on east side which is close shot downtown to go out or airports when traveling.
