For a mere security deposit and first month's rent, you can sublet from me in a place literally described as “Disneyland” by a current roommate. WHY? Because it’s brand spanking new (we are the SECOND people to live here). The room includes a courtyard, hardwood flooring, roof access, virtual doorman, a grill, A FORKING TRASH SHOOT, dishwasher, cute AF furniture, bike storage AND laundry in the basement.

Not enough for you? The G-Train is only a block and a half away and one morning I ran into eight cute lil dogs on the walk there. EIGHT. I kid you not. And the C-train is only a ten-minute walk. MAKE IT TO MIDTOWN IN FORTY MINUTES OR LESS. Also, Pratt is RIGHT NEXT DOOR. So you can stare at their statues and say hi to security guards and stuff. Bc, it’s safe AF around here.

The room can fit a Queen-sized bed, desk, bedside table, a 55” TV + stand, and tons of other crap that we all really don’t need.

If you want a place with four walls and a roof in the-literal-real-estate-nightmare-that-is-NYC that constantly blows your mind with awesomeness, then hit me up! I’m ready to let you give me money to sleep here.

The lease is signed till October 15th, 2019. We are really looking for someone who wants to stay long term for the whole remainder of the lease. The current roommates are two ladies in their mid 20’s with full-time jobs. Looking for similar and open to couples. Just message me and we can set up a time for you to tour the place!
