The apartment is in a historic prewar building with 24-hour doorman service and three elevators. Two blocks from Washington Square Park. Sweeping views downtown of the park and One World Trade Center.

It may be a studio, but the updated kitchen is very functional - we've made full Thanksgiving meals here! Breakfast bar, dishwasher, and huge walk-in closet with built-in shelves and drawers. Apartment is light-filled thanks to two large windows.

Quiet building with a gym that can be joined for a separate yearly fee. Laundry room in the basement with lots of machines. Extremely pet-friendly building - dogs and cats allowed. Window A/C unit included. Apartment currently has a king-size bed in it (as seen in photos).

Two blocks from West 4th subway station (B/D/F/M/A/C/E), six blocks from Union Square (4/5/6/L/N/Q/R).

Any maintenance requests we've had (nothing major) have been handled quickly and efficiently, and the building staff is always helpful and friendly. We're going to miss them!

Claudette, a great Mediterranean/French restaurant, is in the ground floor of the building. Whole Foods is an 8-minute walk; Trader Joe's is a 12-minute walk.
