We are looking for a female professional or graduate student, late 20s/30s/40s, to share this 4 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. The room will be available October 18th.

96th St. and Columbus (B/C or 1/2/3 trains, 96th St. crosstown bus)

Fitness Center ($125 annually)

Dishwasher in apartment
Kitchen and bathrooms recently renovated

The room is a good size (approx. 10 x 11 feet), and has a large window with lots of sunlight.

The apartment as a whole is about 1130 sq. ft.

The roommates are considerate and friendly, and everyone has full work and social calendars. We are looking for someone similar to share our place and take over the lease for this room (preferably one year or more). The lease renews annually Oct 18th, and our renter's insurance, which is $66 each annually, renews then as well. Unfortunately, we cannot take anyone with pets, and there is no smoking in the apartment.

Monthly rent for the room will be $1394 when the lease renews in October. The monthly bills are cable & internet (~$43-$55 each), electric (varies with usage, ~ $25-$65 each), and water charges of about $25 each. Our building requires a credit check as part of the application, which is $100 - but this cost is balanced by the $0 security deposit.

The armoire in the room is available for $50, and the night stand and a small book case can be left for you if you'd like them.
