We are moving to CA for a job change and are looking for someone to assign the remaining term of our lease in a brand new luxury building in Brooklyn to beginning December 1 (open to lease assignment or sublet). Our unit is on a coveted high floor, is southern facing with floor to ceiling windows and tons of light. We have a washer/dryer and dishwasher in the unit. Access to all amenities will be included (roof deck with grills, co-working space, gym, kids room, bike room, etc).

The building is a short walk from the F train (35 min door to door to Rockefeller Center – no changing trains!), Whole Foods, Pig Beach, Royal Palms Shuffle Board and more! There is parking available in the building for an additional cost. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee/pet deposit.

This is a great short term option, especially if paired with feather’s furniture rental (they deliver and pick up and you could furnish for as little as $160 per month!) - google “feather furniture packages” to check it out.
