My fiancé and I love our apartment and are sad to leave it as we will be relocating to Chicago for a new job opportunity. A true two-bed room apartment located in the charming Upper West Side. This unit is a second-story walk-up. Very clean and contemporary with new appliances including in-unit front-loading washer/dryer and dishwasher. Central heat is also included (free of charge). Living room comes equipped with a wall-mounted 42’ HD flat-screen television. We are also willing to leave our couch free of charge should the tenant(s) want to keep it. It fits nicely in the living room space.

The building has about 20 units in total and the neighbors are very friendly, but hardly seen or heard. Conveniently located between Central and Riverside Parks within walking distance (approx. 8 blocks) of Columbia University campus. Very close to the 1 Line at Cathedral Parkway with connections to the 2 & 3 express trains at 96th St. The neighborhood itself is quiet and quaint with plenty of local bars and restaurants to choose from as well as a variety of grocers and specialty stores right around the corner.

Incentives

We will take care of paying the fee to transfer our lease to the tenant(s) that takeover our lease. We will also pay the tenant $500 for taking over our lease. If wanted, we will keep our couch in the apartment for the next tenant. If not, we will throw out. The place also already comes with a mounted flatscreen TV on the living room wall!
