Hi all! We have three bedrooms in a second-floor walkup in Williamsburg (s2 and bedford) available for December 1st. Two bedrooms are on the apartment’s main floor, while the third is an attic loft space (with a door) with roof access. All three bedrooms are spacious and can fit full or queen-sized beds, dressers, and bookshelves/desks. The apartment can come mostly furnished or not.

We’re looking for people to take over the lease for the apartment, as we’re all moving out. The lease goes until September 2019 and is a pretty simple transfer with management — they just need proof of income (three paystubs) and photo ID.

You can split up the cost of the rooms however you want. If you're interested in just 1 room in the place feel free to message me too.

The apartment’s kitchen is huge, has lots of storage, and shares an open space with a large living room area. The building is shared with just one other apartment unit, which is filled with a group of friendly, young people.

The location is perfect - right on Bedford Ave, but south enough that you’re not in the middle of Williamsburg’s busy shops. It’s an eight minute walk to the Bedford L, 10-12 minute walk to the Marcy JMZ, and a 15 minute walk to the Metropolitan/Lorimer G.

It’s three blocks from Whole Foods and equinox, and surrounded by great coffee, bars, and vintage shops.
