I am moving in with my boyfriend in January otherwise I'd never leave my cozy 2 bedroom apartment in Bedstuy with A/C and a dishwasher. I am looking for someone to take over my lease or sign a new lease with the landlord. Rent is $2500 + utilities. Move-in date of 1 January (with some flexibility on either side).

If you're worried about L train alternatives, there are a good mix of transit options nearby: 5 minutes' walk to the Kosciusko JZ. One block from Malcolm X Boulevard, with frequent bus service to the Utica A/C or Myrtle-Broadway JMZ. 2 blocks from the B38 which connects Brooklyn and Queens, and can get you to the L train in about 10 minutes.

It's a quiet neighbourhood within reach of great restaurants and bars in both Bushwick and BedStuy.
