The unit has south-facing windows, from which you can see One World Trade Center, the Empire State Building, and the Chrysler building. There's tons of natural light from ceiling-high windows, and the kitchen is outfitted with new stainless steel appliances. There's an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher.

The building is only a few years old and offers lots of amenities:

Credit check fee is $75/person. Paperwork necessary includes:

* Most recent tax return
* Most recent W2
* Copy of most recent bank statement
* Work reference letter
* Landlord reference letter
* Last two months paid rent receipt
* Copy of driver's license and/or passport
* Vet documentation and photo (if you have a pet)
