This apartment is on the 26th floor of the amazing Gotham West building on 45th between 10th and 11th. The apartment has gorgeous view of the Hudson river and the sunsets are just spectacular.

We've lived here for a year and 4 months and absolutely loved it. The staff is great and responsive, the building has modern furnishings and always very clean. The appliances are all modern and new, with washer and dryer in the unit. There is wood floor throughout the entire apartment. There are two good sized closets. The building has hook ups for Verizon FIOS and Time Warner.

There is a rooftop deck and lounge that offers breathtaking views of Manhattan and the Hudson river. In addition, there is a huge lounge and business area in the lobby where you can work or just relax and have a good time with friends. Building throws some great parties for the residents in the rooftop and lounge area. There is a fully equipped gym with treadmills, machines and free weights. There are exercise classes every day that include Yoga, Spin and boot camps. The building is dog friendly. T

The building also offers shuttle service both morning and the evening. It's very convenient when it's raining or snowing. The biggest benefit though is the Gotham West Market which has some really great restaurants with tons of variety and residents get a discount.

The building is minutes away from the Intrepid, Times Square, all the Broadway theaters and amazing restaurants and bars. Close to the major subway (A,C,E,1,N,Q,R) and bus lines.

 Copy of their government issued photo IDs

 Filled out and signed Authorization form to Release Records

 2 most recent pays-tubs OR 2 most recent years of tax returns if self-employed (yearly

compensation or AGI must be 40X the monthly gross rent or 80X in case of a guarantor)

 Most recent complete bank statement from leaseholder and guarantor
