Property Details

I'm offering my bedroom while I'm away from the US December 20-January 17. I have a queen size bed and a quiet work space. My lovely roommate Abby works in creative industry as designer. You will be sharing the living room and bathroom. The apartment is right off C train Kingston-Throop station. One block away from an Aussie breakfast place Sumner Cafe, and a hip Italian restaurant Saraghina. 20-40min train ride to most Manhattan places. No pets, children, or parties allowed. Please be respectful to my roommate and keep the noise to minimum after 10pm. Amenities provided: wifi, bed, closet, laundry in the building. Amenities not provided: TV, toiletries (toothpaste/brush, shampoo, body wash, facial wash). Feel free to borrow my books/stationary and put them back when you finish.
