I'm looking for someone to take my room in a beautiful Cobble Hill brownstone located 1 minute walk (down the street!) from the F/G Bergen St. subway stop, 20 mins to Midtown. We have the whole top floor and roomies are Dartmouth young alums. Ceilings are high, wood flooring and original molding is everywhere. The entire apartment has a lot of windows, so it's incredibly bright and airy. Rent is $1075/month, utilities are electric + gas + wifi which is no more than $50. I'm moving out 12/1, but could figure something out if you need to be in earlier.

Your room:
Front-facing and sunny. Excellent treetop views, original shutters on the windows and a huge closet. Fits a full sized bed, desk and bookshelf.

Less than 10 mins walk to multiple grocery stores (Trader Joe's!), a laundromat is down the block, and 15 min jog to the Brooklyn Heights promenade. Lots of dogs and kids running around everywhere.
