Let me know if you are interested to take a sublease with 8 months left on it for $1489 a month, need the lessee to give the rental deposit of $1489 paid in cash or check for the sublease and my deposit can be rolled over till the lease end. The apartment is a 1 bed 1 ba junior 4 (lr fits a queen bed as a den space and main lr can have two large couches with still 12 *8 ft space left) located in carlyle towers spacious over 750 sft. Close to train and bus transportation , takes 45 mins to times sq. Thanks very much ! Sublease starts on November 1st 2016 and ends in june2017.
