The tenant will need to complete a standard application. We will review the tenant(s) complete file, but generally we require tenants to be gainfully employed with documentable income. The tenant(s) will need to provide documentation of income and financial standing, including tax returns, bank statements, pay stubs, and previous years' W2's. Additionally, they will need to pass a background and credit check. Guarantors accepted.

The monthly rent will be $2,800. The tenant will need to provide first month's rent and one month's security deposit at lease signing.
