This new apartment has never been lived in. Looking for somebody to take over lease - I signed a lease and two days later we found out my husband got a new job and cannot commute this far so we have to relocate by the end of the month. The neighbors are young, fun, and so nice. All pets welcome - tons of couples with dogs. That being said, it's a quiet corner apartment on the top floor if your preference is privacy.

Incentives

No fee - only first and security due! My lease included one month of free rent to be chosen by the landlord throughout the year lease - since we have not received the month free, the future tenant will receive that benefit.
