Both my housemate and I are moving in with girlfriend and we're looking for someone to take over our place effective immediately. Prefer for someone to take over entire place but would be also open to someone taking over half of the least (in which case the rent would be split by half). Also open to selling existing furniture if that's of interest.

There's also a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent.
